Threshold is the first step in your therapeutic journey at HOME. It is designed to help your mind and body transition from a state of stress into one of safety, presence, and readiness.

Research shows that meaningful emotional healing begins when the nervous system feels regulated. Rather than immediately exploring difficult experiences, Threshold focuses on creating the conditions that allow deeper healing to happen.

Through mindfulness, breathwork, grounding practices and guided therapeutic techniques, you begin developing emotional stability while also supporting physical wellbeing. Do I need to believe in past lives for PLRT to work?

Not at all. Many of Vinya’s clients come in as sceptics. What matters is your openness to the process. Whatever emerges in a session is always meaningful — regardless of how you interpret it.

Past Life Regression Therapy (PLRT) is a deeply personal and often spiritual experience. Every individual’s journey is unique—some may recall past-life memories, while others may gain insights related to their present life. The experience varies from person to person, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed. An open mind and willingness to explore are encouraged.

Yes. Threshold is specifically designed as a gentle first step. Vinya will guide you at your own pace. There is no pressure to go deeper than you are ready for.

Immersion is a 2-day consecutive experience that allows the subconscious to open, process and integrate without interruption. The continuity is what makes it transformative. It cannot be replicated in isolated weekly sessions.
Vinya provides integration guidance after the 2 days. Many clients feel a significant shift within the first week. Some choose to follow up with Continuum sessions to continue the work.
